RASHIDAH SAHEER
Rashidah Saheer is an Advocate and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She was also called to the English Bar in 1995 and is a Barrister-at-Law of England and Wales. She obtained a Masters in Law in Commercial Practice in London in 1996. Having been in practice since 1997, Rashidah has had a varied practice to-date, spanning from civil and criminal litigation to family litigation. She has handled various matters, including conducting trials and appeals in the Singapore High Court, State Courts, Family Justice Courts and the Syariah Court.
It is her practice to personally handle every aspect of her client’s case, from the initial consultation to all updates on the case progression. As far as practicable she ensures that she is available to address her client’s concerns during the duration of the case and in most cases even after the conclusion of the matters, should her client require clarification.
As a seasoned family legal practitioner, Rashidah understands the hardship faced by her clients and is committed to finding legal solutions that would pave the way for a better future for her clients.
Rashidah has also undergone mediation training with Small Claims Tribunal and has facilitated mediation services for them. She is also a member of Law Society and Singapore Academy of Law.
